    Well, I don’t know that t-shirts are an essential for a great BarCamp experience. Personally, I got for the talks and meeting people. Schwag is a nice to have, but I would not put that above oth things.

      I was doing so well at not saying just that trying not to rock the boat and then you go and do it. Naturally I thank Indigo for giving the t-shirts, assuming we don’t turn in to walking billboards, but my favourite BarCamps over the years have not had custom t-shirts. To me the essential part of a BarCamp is the people and the freedom for them to communicate. I will also add tea to that list or Caz will kill me. Anything else can be good or bad, but is not essential.
