Before we even moved into MediaCityUK, there were thoughts about running a BarCamp. But there was a thought, would the spaces be right for a BarCamp? Well we were certainly not expecting the frankly amazing job BBC Workplace and BBC North did on the office spaces in MediaCityUK.

Once we saw the spaces, it really drove the push to make MediaCityUK the first BBC hosted BarCamp… And who wouldn’t want to run a BarCamp in such a great space?

And if you think those are great, wait till we get pictures of the actual spaces we’ll be using for the BarCamp… Google, Yahoo, etc haven’t got a patch on us.
